The Virtual School extends the pedagogic project of Fundação Bradesco far beyond the limits of its 40 school units.

Prepared to offer distance learning courses – through Internet and semipresential courses in the Basic, Professional, and Young and Adult Education – the e-learning port, named Virtual School, is available to students and former students, educators and employees of Fundação Bradesco, as well as to community people and unemployed that want to have a new specialization or requalification to work.

The Virtual School Port has the capacity to serve up to 150,000 students, and was developed based upon a concept of pedagogic mediation that values the interaction and the collaboration of students through synchronous and asynchronous tools, with virtual campus management, on-line conference, on-line exercises, chat and discussion forum.

Besides the offered courses, the students may constitute practice communities, favoring continuous formation.

Presently, there are available several courses in the areas of: behavior, technology of information, and continuous formation of education professionals.

The Virtual School Port offers also support to the "Intel Educação para o Futuro" (Intel Education for the Future) Project as a virtual communication space and collaboration among the participants of the project, specially to form education professionals to use technology.
