The Basic Education team of Fundação Bradesco has been discussing the new pedagogic trends and has been updating the curricula, based upon the sociocultural demands of the historic moment in which we live. Within said demands we may point out the following ones:
Continuous formation of educators. The Fundação Bradesco invests in the updating of its professionals, using the pedagogic researches and theories developed in the academy, the development of teaching practices and the study of related areas, such as sociology, anthropology, psychology, among others, having always as target the technical adequacy. This formation is made through presential as well as distance education classes, videoconferences and web courses.
Assurance of dialogue within the Institution. The school is considered a democratic place, with active interaction of all educational parties. It values specially the participation of parents, educators and teachers, by discussing matters relative to education. It serves society, trying to bring closer the professional issue to the scientific knowledge.
Creativity, leadership and potentiality development. The students are encouraged to participate, actively, in the social and history life. The students are trained to participate in the dialectics of the real contemporary world, as political and productive parties.
